Hit all food groups!
According to the RYP methodology main meals should have 4-6 different food groups to be balanced. Rarely do I knock out all 6 in one meal!
Grilled chicken provides a protein. A nice amount of croutons for a carb. Tons of vegetables. Dried cranberries for a fruit (I didn’t eat them all, remember they have a small serving size). Feta cheese for a dairy and dressing on the side. I honestly ate very little dressing because the salad was full of goodies.
