Protein Waffles with Yogurt, Berries

Berry good breakfast.

Breakfast requires 3-5 different food groups to be balanced. 

This morning meal has protein packed into the Greek yogurt & the protein powered waffles (Vans) which also provides a whole grain carb. A healthy portion of blueberries make this breakfast balanced.

**** You could add a spread of peanut butter to the waffles if you like, but I take the very yogurt mix out of the cup and onto the waffle.
