Scrambled two whole eggs and egg whites for a powerful protein.
*Using the second yolk gave me a fat. Why? 2 yolks = 12g fat total.
Whole wheat toast provides a carbohydrate, and an orange for a fruit.
Hot sauce is a freebie. And, I literally enjoyed a single fig preserve on half my toast. That ain’t enough to worry with counting.
You could up the ante and add spinach or veggies to your eggs. Even a little cheese wouldn't hurt anyone, or if you need more calories, add a tall glass of milk for a dairy serving.
