Baked a pork tenderloin per directions. Those cute potatos where done in the microwave. The salad is self explanatory.
Pork is a muscle building protein. The potatoes give you a fiber rich starch vegetable (which is a carb) plus heart healthy potassium. Spinach and tomatoes offer phytonutrients. And ranch is the fat, and it offers happy in a bottle.
