It's lunchtime! My mom and I like to visits McAlister's Deli often and here is one of my goto salads. It will fill you up and provide satisfying protein, plus fiber. 

Remember: lunch needs 4-6 different food groups to be hearty and balanced. And always, always get dressings on the side! 

Protein- chicken
Carb- corn + black beans
Vegetable - salad
Fruit- n/a
Dairy- cheese
Fat - guacamole 

*I used the dressing uber sparingly. And that's unsweet tea
