Easter is over. Candy is not a food group. Put down the chocolate, leftover carrot cake, or peeps and coffee for breakfast. 

Make breakfast after a holiday count! Skipping meals today in order to "make up" for your childlike indulgence in Easter candy is just dumb. Just make better choices today, than you did yesterday. 

Balanced breakfast has 3-5 food groups present.
