Made at Home Pad Thai
Made this meal in under 20 minutes.
I cubed chicken tenders, cooked them in a little olive oil. Then I added the Pad Thai simmer sauce (photo shown) into the pan with the chicken. While this was happening, I steamed broccoli in the microwave and then added it to the simmering sauce with the chicken. Cooked noodles to directions. Portioned both out into a bowl.
I do not have connections to these brands or products, it's just what I choose to buy for my family. Enjoy!
The chicken provided the protein, the noodles the carbohydrate, the broccoli for the veggie win, no fruit or dairy in this meal. The fat checkmark came from the olive oil used to cook the chicken.
