Dinner doesn't have to be fancy to be healthy. And you don't have to eat chips with sandwiches (just saying). Nor do you have to eat on fine china to take a photo of your food. 😂 

Protein- turkey
Carb- bread
Vegetable- a ton! 
Fruit- n/a
Dairy- thin slices provolone
Fat- salad dressing

*mustard is a "free food" 

My salad has spinach, peppers, Brussels sprouts, broccoli and cauliflower all chopped finely and tossed in modest dressing
