Sautéed Shrimp and Sour Cream Sauce

Shrimp tacos hit the spot! Sautéed shrimp are possibly the easiest and quickest protein to cook (next in line to scrambled eggs, ha).
Quality shrimp can be pricey, but it's worth the treat or catching frozen ones on sale and stocking up.
To sauté these, I used non-stick spray and heated 1 Tbsp of butter in a pan, added shrimp and seasoned them with Chef Nick Wallace "Chef and a Farmer" Nick's 26 seasoning. I went pretty heavy with it (since it's salt free). 3-5 minutes later, done to perfection.
You can't see it, but there is a sauce under the shrimp. Made of light sour cream and adobe sauce. Took a cup of sour cream and just added adobe sauce (not the whole pepper) to taste. It was delicious and added a hint of heat.
Finished it with a simple side salad, carrots and drizzled ranch dressing.
