Philly Cheese Steak Sloppy Joes

Philly-cheese steak sloppy joes? 
That are balanced and nutritious?
Yes, please! 

Don't judge my love for a good sloppy joe. It's just one of those meals that hits the spot every time. 

But not all sloppy Joe meals Rate Right. Mainly it's the high fat meat, processed sauce and pairings like greasy chips or French fries that ruin it all. 

Here I used lean meat, minimal sauce, whole wheat buns and a killer side salad. 

The recipe is simple. 
Sauté an onion and pepper. 
Brown meat. 
Add salt free steak seasoning. 
Add 1/4 cup favorite steak sauce. 
And cook till well heated and mixed. 
Serve over provolone cheese.

Carb- whole wheat bun
Vegetable- kale side salad
Fruit- n/a
Dairy- cheese
Fat- plenty from cheese and meat
