Waffles, Cantaloupe, & Cottage Cheese

Breakfast time. 

I'm still on a waffle kick - they are convenient and tasty. I'll eventually get bored with them. (In case you are tired of seeing them, ha). But for now they are a staple in my freezer. 

Protein- cottage cheese* 
Carb - whole wheat waffles
Vegetable- n/a
Fruit- cantaloupe
Dairy - cottage cheese
Fat- n/a 

*you can sub Greek yogurt for the cottage cheese. But the slow metabolizing protein found in cottage cheese (specifically) keeps you fuller longer (like all morning long)!
