🍽 Rate My Plate: What's missing? 

Vegetable soup is a delicious and nutritious addition to a meal. But, if the soup is not made with a good amount of beans, you really don't get enough protein with soup along. 

(This is important for athletes in training or those trying to build or hang on to lean muscle.) 

Not that this is the worst meal ever, it's not. It actually filled me up at the time. Not to mention, I ate half of Neely's burger 🍔 because she wasn't interested in it. 

But amuse me and make this plate rate great. In a perfect world, what would you add? 

Remember: main meals should consist of 4-6 different check marks 90% of the time.
