๐Ÿฝ Rate Your Plate: Breakfast

My new breakfast obsession. Oatmeal with unsweetened coconut and honey ๐Ÿฏwith a big glass of milk. And if I worked out that morning I add in a banana ๐ŸŒ. Sticks with me for hours. 

Protein- milk
Carb- oatmeal
Vegetable- n/a
Fruit- banana
Dairy- milk
Fat- coconut

*there is just a drizzle of honey, but a tablespoon or more would be an extra carb.
