Salmon and a Sweet Potato

Aim for 4-6 [different] food groups to make a main meal balanced (different food groups provide variety of nutrients). Salmon offers up a quality protein.
Sweet potato (from the crockpot) is a complex carbohydrate (and vegetable). Salad for a vegetable.
While there is no fruit or dairy on this plate, you certainly could have added say.... diced apples and blue cheese to that salad.
But there is a range for a reason (4-6) because not every plate will have all food groups (nor should it, really). But you can certainly strive for variety at every meal.
