Cauliflower pizza from the frozen section! Scroll down to see brand and detailed nutrition panel.

There are a lot of “made at home” cauliflower pizza crust, but I don’t pin those because I’m never going to take the time to try it. (Being honest) And, I’m not ashamed of trying convenience foods trying to do it right.

Things to note:

  • Cauliflower is the first ingredient!
  • BIG portions for the nutrition facts listed- 1/2 a pizza is 1 serving!
  • 15 grams of fat but more than 1/2 (8.5 grams) comes from the heart healthy kind
  •  12 grams of protein!
  • Sodium is what you would expect from a frozen product, but better than a takeout pizza!

In the meal shown, I pair this pizza with a nice salad with a small packet of tuna for a tad more protein without any extra fat. You don’t need the extra protein boost unless you have other goals (gains).

No affiliation with this brand. But, I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and decent texture. It’s not the same as “pizza” but it’s a great substitute for a quick weekday dinner (plus, you’ll have lunch for the next day)!
