Tacos made at home, and used leftovers for lunch. 
Lean ground meat for the protein. 
The wrap shown is a high fiber wrap, only 50 calories, made from whole wheat. Gives me room to enjoy a modest amount of blue corn chips. 
Vegetables from the spinach and the salsa. 
The huge mound of sour cream offers a dairy and a fat serving. I’m not ashamed of my sour cream game.
