Y’all, I basically eat this in some combination everyday single day.
Usually, I utilize it as my pre-workout meal, before breakfast. Meaning, I workout to early for a full on breakfast, but need something because my workouts last 90 min.
I come home and eat a more traditional breakfast after.
Or you can eat as a snack.
Remember, snacks need 2-3 different food groups to be balanced.
