A no cook salad, you could easily prep for the week. Or enjoy as a lazy dinner. 

Packed with protein from jalapeño tuna and chick peas. 

However, the chickpeas serve as the carbohydrate (the plant based protein is a plus).

Spinach, and carrots take the non-starchy vegetable win. 

Blue cheese crumbs add flavor and a serving of dairy (1/4 cup).
