Pop those potatoes in the microwave for a starchy veggie carbohydrate choice. (Is microwaving them the perfect choice? Who cares?! For the uber busy family, that's really trying to do their best to do better, t’s a better choice than a million other options). Steam the broccoli in Corning Ware and drizzle it with comeback sauce for a fat. (You can certainly do any dressing or cheese sauce). No fruit or dairy here, but you could have. ——-> Balanced dinners include 4-6 different food groups.
