Geez, I love breakfast food. Don't you?
Remember, a balanced breakfast provides 3-5 "different" food groups. I almost nailed them all!
And egg + eggs whites gave me a lean, mean protein to repair muscles after a great workout.
The whole wheat English Muffin (toasted) provided a hearty healthy carb.
Spinach in the eggs for a veggie win.
Grapes for a fruit choice.
And while the laughing cow cheese wedge (just one) is technically a dairy- it's not a full serving of dairy goodness. But it's amazing on warm toast!
