Breakfast for dinner!
And yes, it's totally acceptable to eat eggs by the fist full.
It is an uber easy homemade dinner that is sure to please.
Protein came from lean turkey sausage with the bonus of an egg + egg whites.
A whole wheat pita gives a wholesome carb.
Added grilled asparagus for a veggie win.
No fruit at this meal.
Added shredded cheese to my eggs.
And the combination of sausage (even though it was lean) + the yolk gave me a nice fat.
