Make sure your lunch is balanced from the plate up. Even if you utilize a quick-cook freezer meal, you may need to beef up the whole meal to meet your needs (and get you satisfied)!
The lean meat in the freezer meal gave me a protein, the rice and beans a fiber rich carb, but I needed more vegetables I paired it with a big side salad and ranch for an anchoring fat.
