One of my all time favorite go-to breakfast meals! As the weather heats up, I shy away from "hot meals" at every hour. 

Not to mention, you don't need anything other than a spoon (maybe a knife) to put it together. 

Remember you need 3-5 different food groups to make a balanced breakfast. 

The plain Greek yogurt provides a dairy check + protein. 

Raw, old fashioned oats are my carbohydrate (plus fiber). 

A sliced banana for a fruit check. 

The trick is to just make sure it is mixed well.
