🍽 Rate Your Plate 💯

Rarely do I score a 💯 at each meal, in terms of having something from every food group. Yesterday's lunch happened to fall into place like that. *Remember, you do NOT have to have a food from every food group to rate right. BUT you do need a variety of food groups at every meal. 

Main meals score 💯 if there are 4-6 DIFFERENT groups present. I was just the over achiever yesterday. 

Turkey gave me a protein, with wheat bread, a side salad for a veggie, mixed fruit, and cheese slice for the diary. Drizzled on some ranch and boom! 

Being part of the MS Food Network board always reminds me that if you know where your next meal will come from, give thanks- and find a way to help those who don't.
