🍽 Rate Your Plate: Catered Lunch
I'll admit, it can be tough to eat balanced when your meal isn't your decision. Business meetings can be the worse for unhealthy food and then you feel obligated (partly because you're starving) to eat whatever is provided (plus it's free)!
But you can always do your best and use your rating skills to build the most balanced meal possible. There were other choices for me (beans, rolls, and dessert) but this is what I choose.
Protein- chicken (remove the skin for bonus points).
Carbs- mashed potatoes.
Vegetables- salad in the big portion.
Fat- a little ranch + a little gravy.
FYI- "free desserts" are NOT free calories.
